The annual Frontiers of Democracy conference at Tufts University this year is themed "Listening and Leading," as Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts launched its Generous Listening and Dialogue Initiative last year

The conference convenes practitioners, scholars, leaders, and community members from across the United States and the world, and this year is focused on how to characterize, navigate, and overcome challenges associated with division and polarization in our world.
