Michigan voters overwhelmingly approved a constitutional amendment in 2018 that created a fair, impartial, and transparent redistricting process to draw our next election district maps. Join Voters Not Politicians to learn more about how this amendment ended partisan gerrymandering and how you can participate by applying to serve on Michigan's first Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission! It's time YOU draw the line! The library neither endorses nor necessarily agrees with the views expressed by any group using the meeting rooms, but does endorse the right of those groups to express their views as long as they abide by the policies and rules governing the use of the Library.
