Ranked Choice Voting is an election system in which voters rank candidates in order of preference. If no candidate wins 50 percent, the weakest candidate is eliminated and those ballots are distributed to the voters' second choice until someone wins a majority. This system just passed in New York City and the state of Maine has already held elections using Ranked Choice Voting. At this action, we will be emailing our State Representatives and ask them to bring it to Washington!
