Join the discussion on SCOTUS cases Trump v. Mazars and Trump v. Deutsche Bank, highlighting President Trump's attempts to block Congress from performing its constitutional duty to conduct oversight and ensure that the rule of law is upheld. The online panel discussion, with comments limited to 280 characters per response, will be hosted on Twitter by @MyConstitution and will use the hashtag #RightToOversight. CAC, as moderator, will issue a series of questions related to the Supreme Court cases and solicit answers and comments from panelists and other participants. The panelists are three CAC lawyers with expertise on the cases; other invited participants are organizations who filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court.
