Advocacy days can vary in many ways. Regardless, when supporters receive their schedules, one thing always happens without fail. Someone complains that they have no meetings with their Members, just staff. While building relationships with Members of Congress is very valuable, this program makes the case that meeting and building relationships with congressional staff is equally important. Participants will learn what it's like to work in Congress as well as tips for building relationships with congressional staff.
