    Kelly is a senior fellow focused on improved governance at Georgetown University's Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation. Eyre runs a consulting firm in California focused on helping clients deal with social, organizational and political change. They recently wrote a guideto facilitate civic discourse on use of force issues.
